Conditions for Online Referrals

Once the online referral is submitted, a copy will be sent to the email address provided. Pacesetter Concierge will contact the referee by phone call. If the Pacesetter Concierge is unable to reach the referee through the submission or the referee does not want to proceed or be contacted, referral information cannot be processed. Referee’s email address obtained by Pacesetter Concierge must match the email provided on their purchase agreement. Referred party will receive $1000 credit towards their home purchase, and the referee will be paid $1000 following home possession.

Conditions applicable to all referral options:

Purchaser referred must be introduced by phone, email, website referral form, or in person at a Pacesetter show home. The completed Referral Certificate must be presented with the Offer to Purchase on new home to be valid. The referral certificate must be signed by the Purchaser. This referral program is not applicable on sales where the Purchaser is working with a Realtor on the Offer to Purchase. The referral certificate will be validated when the referred Purchaser removes conditions on their purchase. This referral certificate shall be considered void in the event the referring party is added to the purchase contract. If the referred customer has paid less than 5% deposit, the selected referral option will be processed the month following possession.
