Undermount Sink

pacesetter_homes_construction_warranty_undermount_sink

An undermount sink is installed below the kitchen countertop.  Rather than being dropped into a precut hole in the countertop, under mount sinks are installed under the counter.  Because of the way they are installed, there is no rim between the countertop and sink.  Undermount sinks are installed with granite counters.

Pacesetter Warranty Policy:

Common concerns:

  1. Sink has released from the counter – contact Pacesetter Warranty during the warranty period.
  2. Scratches in sink – cleaning pots, pans, utensils can scratch the bottom of the sink. These damages are “normal wear and tear” and are exempt from warranty coverage. Any construction damages must be noted on the Occupancy Report to be eligible for warranty coverage.
