The Pacesetter Difference
About
Community Involvement

Pacesetter Homes take pride in its mission to elevate living for more people, which is seen in the efforts put towards building a better city. This means supporting our customers as well as the communities they live in. Whether it’s working with Edmonton-based organizations to make a positive impact in a specific area of need, or taking the time to acknowledge those in our community making a difference, giving back to the community is important to us.

Affordable Housing

As a homebuilder, Pacesetter Homes want to make the dream of homeownership a reality for as many Edmonton families as possible. It is because of this commitment that we support the work of Habitat for Humanity, in its mission to provide affordable housing options to Edmontonians.

Pacesetter Homes has been working with Habitat for Humanity and donating homes since 2013. Most recently, in 2021, we have donated our time and expertise towards building four homes for deserving families in Leduc. By collaborating with community leaders like Habitat for Humanity, and building partnerships to be accessible and inclusive, we are helping more people achieve their goal of homeownership.

Pacesetter Community Champions

Part of contributing to building a better city is to acknowledge the efforts of others in doing the same.

The Pacesetter Community Champion awards are Edmonton’s opportunity to nominate their family members, coworkers, and community members for going above and beyond, and applying their skills, talents, and creativity to give back to their community. These awards were developed as a result of witnessing the positive impact so many were making in their community throughout the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.

Supporting Kids With Cancer

No family whose child is dealing with cancer should have to face it alone, which is why Pacesetter Homes has been a participant in the Kids with Cancer Society’s Inside Ride campaign. This indoor bike-riding charity event helps raise money for families who need support as their child is receiving treatment, including activities and support, temporary housing, and research.

Our dedicated staff enjoys participating in this event, and to date have raised more than $190,000 since 2011.
