The furnace is an appliance which air is heated and circulated throughout your home. The thermostat sends a signal to the furnace, which creates heat in the furnace’s heat exchanger and pushes the hot air through the duct work into every room in your home.

Common concerns:

No heat – contact Pacesetter Warranty or use the contact information on the breaker panel in the basement.

The hot water tank provides the home with hot water.  Temperature of the water in the tank is controlled by the controller.  A standard water tank is provided by Pacesetter Homes. Increasing size or type of water tank is possible, depending on the stage of the build.

  1. No hot water – this is considered an emergency. Contact Pacesetter Warranty or call the plumber directly using the number on the basement breaker panel.
  2. Not enough hot water – check to be sure the heat settings are not too low. Larger hot water tank may be required for large families. Increasing the size of the tank must be completed at time of sale or after Occupancy, it will be at the homeowner cost and arranged directly with the plumbers.
