Affirmed and Alydar

The multi-award winning Affirmed continues to be one of our most popular townhome models year after year. This end unit offers 1,417 square feet of living space, three comfortable bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a spacious open-concept main living space. The laundry room is situated on the main floor. All three bedrooms offer walk-in closets, providing ample storage for each room. 

At a spacious 1,366 square feet, the Alydar is an interior-unit townhome model that feels much more like a single-family home. This model offers three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an open-concept main floor living space that feels comfortable and homey. 


Bristol and Calder

At 1,477 square feet, the Bristol is a comfortable and functional end-unit townhome model. Its three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms are laid out within the floor plan to maximize space, giving this model the feel of a single-family home. A main floor lifestyle room is an ideal space for a home office. The owner’s suite in this model is spacious, with a modern ensuite offering full-sized shower, dual vanities, and a dedicated linen storage space. The Bristol is a comfortable and affordable model to fit any lifestyle. 

At 1,482 square feet, the Calder is a townhome model with a unique, open-concept layout. This model offers three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, upper-floor laundry, and a giant kitchen island. The Glenmore has been one of our most popular and affordable townhome models to date. Its 1,353 square feet offers three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a well-planned layout to meet the needs of a diverse group of home buyers. The main floor is designed to be entirely open-concept from great room to nook to kitchen, and includes a laundry room for convenience. 


Saratoga and Santa Anita

The Saratoga is a spacious end unit townhome with a layout that maximizes space. Its 1,348 square feet includes three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, upper floor laundry, and a convenient mudroom. The L-shaped kitchen offers plenty of cabinet storage space and a large island with eating bar. The nook and great room are open concept and spacious. The Santa Anita is a fresh, modern design in townhomes. Its 1,385 square feet includes three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, an open concept design, and upper floor laundry. The kitchen in this model is centrally located between the spacious great room and bright nook, and includes two walls of cabinets and a large central island. The spacious laundry room on the upper floor offers extra storage space and a linen closet. The owner’s suite is large enough to fit a queen- or king-sized bed, and has full ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet.
