The Pacesetter Difference

Looking Up in The Uplands at Riverview Bike Ride imageIf you’ve been searching and touring communities, but just haven’t found one with that “special something” to make you fall in love, you mustn’t give up until you see The Uplands at Riverview! This forthcoming community is rapidly developing and growing; the Uplands at Riverview could be the perfect place for you and your family to grow, too. Visiting our two new show homes (opening soon) can help you better see this vision come to fruition.

The Uplands at Riverview

Opening this summer, this already appealing and still developing community – The Uplands at Riverview – is well on its way to becoming a very popular spot for families and working couples alike. Fittingly named for its highly elevated location in Riverview, this Southwest Edmonton community near the North Saskatchewan River is growing to be a 45-acre mixed-use urban village.

It’s located close to the established community of Edgemont, which means there is already easy access to amenities like schools and recreational centres, and Anthony Henday Drive for further needs. Four golf courses and Fort Edmonton Park are also nearby, offering weekend entertainment options for the whole family.

All this plus future plans for this community will integrate a commercial site within the residential community. Site plans call for a mixed-use town centre, parks and greenways, and commercial development that will provide opportunities for business employment, while still leaving plenty of room for natural areas. The community will also have it’s own Stormwater Management Facility to ensure sustainability moving forward.

“Mixed-use” is a term used frequently to describe the essence of The Uplands, and this continues to be true for the housing options that will be available there. With a variety of Streetscape style models to explore, there will be something to suit any lifestyle in this diverse community. Kicking it off with two brand new Pacesetter show homes opening September 2017, let’s take a look at what you can expect in The Uplands.
