Light fixtures come in a variety of different styles. For example, chandeliers, potlights, or flush mounts are different types of light fixtures you may find in your home.
Pacesetter Warranty Policy:
- Light fixture not working – homeowner should change the light bulb. If a new bulb does not help, contact Pacesetter Warranty during the warranty period.
- Scratched or broken fixture – all fixture damages must be noted at or prior to Occupancy. Damages reported after Occupancy are considered “homeowner damage”.
NOTE: changing lightbulbs in your home is regular homeowner maintenance.
