Do you have a Realtor?
Do you have a Realtor?
Thank you for your interest in Pacesetter Homes. We know that everyone’s journey to finding their next home can look a little different and we are there for you. Our experienced Area Sales Managers will take the time to ask questions and learn about your needs to help you find the right home that fits your lifestyle.
Yes, I have a realtor, what should I do?
If you are working with a realtor, please let us know on your first visit. We value our realtor relationships and follow the previously outlined CHBA and RECA guidelines to ensure your realtor has the opportunity to be involved in your purchase. Here are the key elements:
- If you purchase a home within 60 days of your realtor registering you with Pacesetter, your realtors will qualify to be paid a commission on the sale by Pacesetter Homes
- Realtors are required to register themselves and their clients with us on or before first visit to a show home
- If a client wishes a realtor be included in the purchase and the introduction occurs after the initial visit, Pacesetter will gladly work with the realtor however all realtor fees and commissions will be the responsibility of the client.
I do not have a realtor, do I need one to purchase a new construction home?
The choice to have a realtor is a personal one and is unique to each client. It is important to know that a realtor is not required for the purchase and their inclusion does not affect the sale price of a home or the terms of the sale. Each Pacesetter Area Sales Manager has expertise specific to new construction and is the best point of contact for communication and questions throughout the purchase and building process.
