  1. Leaky roof – contact Pacesetter Warranty during the warranty period. This is considered an urgent request and timely notification is essential.
  2. Curling up or curling down – contact Pacesetter Warranty during the warranty period. After the builder warranty has expired, contact the shingle manufacturer.
  3. Lifting shingles – after installation, the shingles need a summer to properly adhere. Prior to this time the shingles may lift in windy conditions. Contact Pacesetter Warranty during the warranty period.
